- Overall personality: Tomonari is more calm and carefree than anything. However, he does have his moments where he gets to be a crazy teenager. He loves to hang out with his friends, and he may sometimes get into a little trouble. The teen cares about his foster father, who is essentially the only family he has left. Tomonari tends to stay near his foster father more than hanging out with friends. He tends to get scared over the fact that his foster father always seem to get beaten up, and even get more scars on him. Tomonari would do anything to protect the ones he cares about the most. Stealing, however, actually something he doesn't do often, even though he's a thief. However, he does steal so the poor could have a chance at life, and loves helping people.(Alright, so I copy pasted from another site mostly. XD )

- Enemies/Rivals: None at the moment, though he's not planning on having any.
History: Tomonari was born in Kyoto, Japan, though his parents were killed by a rouge ninja when he was two years old. This resulted in him living in an orphanage, where he rarely talked to anybody but the owner of it. Even though it was only three years of him living there, Tomonari was taught English by the owner, a wise and kind woman. Mainly since he was the only kid that never played with the others. This was more of him being shy, however. The three years that Tomonari lived in the orphanage, however, were short and quick. A rather vile and evil person, who nobody can determine who, including gender, had entered Kyoto, and out of lust for power, set fire to the orphanage Tomonari was in. He managed to get out, but the rest of the children and the owner died in the process. Feeling the need to finish the job, the strange had attempted to kill Tomonari, but was stopped by another who had come to Kyoto.
This other stranger was Leo Kahal, a barbaric lion man who was traveling the world in search of someone worthy of fighting. He had killed the strange who burned the orphanage, and was now left with Tomonari. The boy was the only one left there, and didn't seem to have anywhere else to go. It was only right to take him in, and so, Leo adopted Tomonari as his own son. Now, the lion man had changed his attitude about his travels. Adopting the boy calmed him down, and decided to take him back to the lion man's homeland of Scotland. It took almost a year to reach Scotland, where they remained until this very day. Despite the fact that he grew up with a Scotish person, Tomonari never took on the accent, which was perfectly acceptable.
Now as Tomonari grew up, he was greatly attatched to his foster father, who tended to return home with bruises and other scars, due to the fact that the boy was foreign to the country. This had continued even though the two of them lived in the wilderness of Scotland, though close to a town. But that didn't mean everybody disliked Tomonari's foreign ethnicity, rather, it was only a small group of people that had some issues with Leo in the past. During the next some years of his life, Tomonari had learned that the town he lived nearby was ruled by some rich folk, the stuck up kind. These people caused misery in the lives of those in the lower social classes, which made Tomonari act when he turned twelve years old. He had taken up thievery, and had quietly found two daggers, one white and one black.
What he did was the following. Occasionlly, Tomonari snuck out of the house, his daggers on his belt, and went into town. He then snuck into the house of one of the rich people, and would steal money from them. As he grew older though, he would sometimes steal something valuable and quickly sell it off. But it was what he did with the money he obtained that was intriguing. Tomonari would knock on the doors of the poor, and lay bags on money in front of the doors, then rushed off quietly without being caught. Of course, Leo found out about this, though he knew that the boy would continue his steal from the rich give to the poor actions, despite his orders. However, Tomonari never killed anybody in the process, and he rarely pulled out his daggers to use.
After three years of his life, which leads to his current age of fifteen, Tomonari had a sudden urge in his mind. More specifically, he wanted to see the world for a while, and come back home. Obviously, it took some pleading to his foster father to let the teen go, but eventually, Tomonari convinced the lion man to let him travel, if only for a bit. Besides, the poor in the town nearby them had overthrown the tyranny of the rich, and seemed happier then. Until the day came when he had to continue his Robin Hood-esque journeys, Tomonari was free to do whatever. So, the teen is currently on his own, viewing the world around him. But there was one question in his mind: what would he get himself into?

A lot of the history seems redundant and you seemed to copy yourself in some points a few times, but overall its passable.
Accepted.
