Overall personality
Mycella is one to keep her feelings hidden. Even to her closest 'friends', she is distant. She generally seems happy, and always has an aura of peace. She doesn't talk too much, and rarely shouts or gets bothered. Her calm and quiet demeanor tends to irk people, since she shows no real emotion.
At times she can be malicious, and yearn to cause harm to others. She seeks violence and wishes to cause a fight. This side of her is rare though, and usually doesn't last long.
Though seeming incapable of feeling sadness, that's really all Mycella feels. She wishes to be human, or at least get revenge. Even though she is a doll, she is able to produce tears.

History
Mycella was created by a magic crafter. He made her, and brought her to life because he felt lonley. She was a replacement for his deceased daughter. He gave her a mind and artificial soul of her own, naming her after his daughter. He also gifted her with a white bird he created so she would have someone to be with whenever he went away for a while. With her artificial soul, Mycella was able to function [mostly] like a real person, and was able to develop feelings and care for others. She grew to love her 'father' dearly.
She always loved nature. She started growing flowers around their home, of all kinds and colours. Her and Holly, her bird, would spend hours in her flower garden. She would sit there and read, or talk to Holly and/or her father.
One day, he went to the forest nearby their home to check his traps he'd set to catch rabbits for food. He'd been gone longer than normal, and Mycella went out to find him. When she did, she found him lying on the ground, pale, sickly, and in pain. She brought him back to their home and tried to nurse him back to health, but to no avail. He eventually died in his sleep. His death put a crack in her soul, leaving her alone with no one else to care for. As she was about to bury her father's body in her flower garden, she sensed an evil presence. It was coming from him. She looked more closely, and found in his chest a shard of metal that had a reddish aura. It was the legendary Soul Edge. It pained her to hold it, as if it was trying to infect the crack in her soul.
Taking hold of the spear her father had crafted, Mycella held the shard tightly in her fist. She stored the shard away between the layers of her dress. This way it would not touch her body and harm her, yet she would know it was there and always be reminded of her task. Mycella vowed to find Soul Edge and destroy it, or at least use it to become human so she could die and wouldn't have to feel the pain of her loss any longer.
With Holly on her shoulder and Maiden Spear in hand, Mycella began travelling the land searching for the sword, fighting others who stood in her path and earning the title Jade Dream for her green dress and love for nature.
